From Geneva, the GAIGI foundation operates a probatory register grounded in verifiable evidence, in full independence from regulators and industry.

The UN scientific panel sets out the risks and the principles. Observatories describe. Swiss initiatives experiment. GAIGI registers, issues, and brings in the States already present in Geneva.
The Geneva Register records systems and persons on the basis of verifiable evidence, at three levels of stringency. It issues the Geneva Notebook.

Registration of an AI system on the basis of a documented dossier: governance, data, evaluations, controls. Peer review by the Register.
Cross-border regulatory interoperability grounded in evidence. A probatory bridge to partner jurisdictions, without harmonisation.
The Geneva Notebook (Carnet de Genève in French) is the probatory document issued by the Register. It records the evidence submitted, the levels reached (G1, G2, G3) and the revisions. It stands as proof between partner jurisdictions of the Geneva Bridge.
The first Notebook is issued on Thursday 17 June 2027, at Afterwork 8. The Geneva Register opens to the public on Wednesday 23 June 2027, at the Geneva AI Trust House (Hôtel Royal, Geneva), in continuation of the Geneva AI Summit of 21 and 22 June 2027.
The registration procedure opens on 23 June 2027. Organisations wishing to record their AI use in the Register from opening day may join the waitlist to be contacted on the day.
